All donations and gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable. Products purchased through this website are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except that you may return unused products or exchange defective products purchased through this website by e-mailing our Customer Service Team at info@arodfamilyfoundation.com. All requests for returns and credit must be made within [10] days of receiving your order. Credit will be given for products returned. For exchanges of defective products, a replacement product will be sent out promptly upon our receipt of the defective products.
